Make bold flavor for your next gathering with these simple, cheesy pull apart buffalo chicken sliders. This recipe uses shredded chicken for minimal assembly.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (12 count) package slider rolls (like Hawaiian rolls)
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing. Mix until the chicken is fully coated.
  3. Slice the package of slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom layer of rolls. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken mixture.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese layer.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  7. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the slider rolls.
  8. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden brown.
  10. Let the sliders rest for 5 minutes before pulling them apart and serving hot.

Notes

  • You can use store-bought rotisserie chicken to save time on cooking the chicken.
  • If you like extra heat, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture.
  • Serve with celery sticks or extra blue cheese dressing for dipping.
