Ingredients

  • 4 oz chilled guava nectar
  • 2 oz chilled strawberry puree
  • 20 oz chilled dry sparkling wine or Prosecco
  • Fresh strawberry slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill your sparkling wine or Prosecco thoroughly before starting.
  2. Pour 4 ounces of chilled guava nectar into each champagne flute.
  3. Add 2 ounces of chilled strawberry puree to each flute.
  4. Slowly top the mixture with the chilled sparkling wine.
  5. Garnish each glass with a fresh strawberry slice on the rim.
