Make these easy, no-bake Oreo brownie pops decorated with red, white, and blue sprinkles. They are a perfect, kid-friendly Memorial Day treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (18.3 ounce) package fudge brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box, usually eggs, oil, water)
  • 1 cup finely crushed Oreo cookies (about 12 cookies)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white candy coating wafers
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for thinning)
  • Red, white, and blue patriotic sprinkles
  • Lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownies according to the package directions, but reduce the baking time by about 5 minutes so they are slightly underdone in the center. Let the brownies cool completely.
  2. Crumble the cooled brownies into a large bowl. Add the crushed Oreo cookies and the softened cream cheese. Mix until fully combined into a thick dough.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Roll the mixture into small, uniform balls, about 1 inch in diameter. You should get about 24 balls. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill the brownie balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
  6. Melt the white candy coating wafers according to package directions. If the coating is too thick, stir in the coconut oil one teaspoon at a time until smooth.
  7. Dip the tip of a lollipop stick into the melted coating and insert it about halfway into a chilled brownie ball. Return the tray to the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set the stick.
  8. Dip each brownie pop completely into the melted coating, tapping off any excess. Immediately decorate with the patriotic sprinkles before the coating sets.
  9. Place the finished brownie pops back on the parchment-lined sheet and let them set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For a faster set, chill the decorated pops for 15 minutes before serving.
  • If you do not have patriotic sprinkles, you can use plain white nonpareils and dip the pops in melted red or blue candy coating instead.
  • This recipe uses a box mix for quick results, making it an easy baking project for beginners.
