- 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Place the rolled oats in a food processor and pulse until they resemble a coarse flour.
- Add the pitted dates, mixed nuts, peanut butter, flaxseed, chia seeds, and vanilla extract to the food processor.
