A hearty and easy slow cooker cowboy casserole with ground beef, beans, and cheese. Perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) baked beans
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onions and cook until softened.
  3. Transfer the beef and onions to the slow cooker.
  4. Stir in baked beans, corn, cheddar cheese soup, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add diced bell peppers or jalapeños.
  • Serve with cornbread or a side salad.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
