A hearty and comforting slow cooker beef and noodles dish, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp flour

Instructions

  1. Place beef, onion, garlic, beef broth, salt, pepper, thyme, and Worcestershire sauce in the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  3. 30 minutes before serving, stir in egg noodles.
  4. Mix sour cream and flour, then stir into the slow cooker.
  5. Cook until noodles are tender and sauce thickens.
