  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Stir in cherry tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Serve warm, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.
