2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon mustard powder
6 slices bread, cubed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup diced onions
Instructions
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard powder.
Layer bread cubes, cheese, bacon, bell peppers, and onions in the baking dish.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden brown.
