- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a lined 8×8 pan.
- Chill crust for 10 minutes.
- Whisk condensed milk, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks.
