Easy no-bake lemon dessert bars with a creamy filling and refreshing lemon flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a lined 8×8 pan.
  2. Chill crust for 10 minutes.
  3. Whisk condensed milk, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks.
  5. Fold lemon mixture into whipped cream.
  6. Spread filling over crust and chill for 3 hours.
  7. Cut into bars and serve.
