Tender beef bites and potatoes cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce. A simple, high-protein meal perfect for any dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef bites and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add potatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat.
  5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Return beef bites to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.

  • Use fresh herbs for a stronger flavor.
  • Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  • For extra richness, add a splash of heavy cream.
