- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
- Gradually fold in flour and salt until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until edges are golden.
