  • 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place beef, bell peppers, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, brown sugar, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve over rice or noodles.
