Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a thin, even layer.
