- 1 bag tortilla chips (10 oz)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or chicken (optional)
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 avocado, diced
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer half the tortilla chips in the bundt pan.
- Sprinkle half the cheeses, meat, beans, tomatoes, and jalapeños over the chips.
- Repeat with remaining chips and toppings.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Carefully invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate.
- Top with sour cream, salsa, avocado, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
