  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
  6. Add bell pepper and onion slices. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
