A patriotic layered dessert with cake, cream, and berries in red, white, and blue colors. Perfect for Independence Day celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cake, cubed
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Layer half the cake cubes at the bottom of a clear glass bowl.
  2. Spread half the vanilla pudding over the cake.
  3. Add half the whipped cream on top.
  4. Arrange half the strawberries and blueberries over the cream.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
