A patriotic dessert featuring a sugar cookie crust, cream cheese topping, and fresh fruit arranged in an American flag design. Perfect for Independence Day celebrations.

  • 1 package (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 banana, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press cookie dough into a greased 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet, shaping it into a circle.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  4. Arrange blueberries in the top left corner to form the stars of the flag.
  5. Place alternating rows of strawberries and raspberries (or bananas) to create the stripes.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
