12 large eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp yellow mustard
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Red and blue food coloring
Paprika for garnish
Instructions
Hard boil the eggs, cool, and peel them.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
Separate egg whites into two bowls.
Add red food coloring to one bowl and blue to the other. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Rinse colored egg whites and pat dry.
Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
